Return/ Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer refunds on payments received.
- Customer must email customer service within 5 business days (Saturday Included) of delivery to request an exchange (If customer fails to contact within 5 business, we will not process the exchange).
- Exchange on Cargos: After package is received and inspect, you will receive a store credit to purchase to repurchase.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping labels unless we are at fault.
- Once an item is exchanged or purchased with store credit it is FINAL SALE!
- If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that it was received. Item must be unused with all tags attached
- Please contact us before returning a package for return mailing address.
All items purchased on sale and/or with a promo code are FINAL SALE.
Price Adjustment
- After a purchase is made, price adjustments are not available on any purchase. This includes discount codes not entered or applied prior to checking out.
